Raw Material Feeding System

This department is responsible for importing raw materials into the production system. The raw materials usually include rock powder (calcium carbonate), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), plasticizers, stabilizers, and other additives. The feeding system accurately feeds the materials into the machine in the right amount so that the production process is carried out uniformly and with high quality.

 (Extruder)

The extruder machine is one of the main components that melts the raw materials and forms the SPC film. This device usually has a screw that puts the material under pressure and heat to turn it into a uniform liquid stream.
The extruder is used to produce layers of PVC film or a combination of PVC and other materials, which are typically converted into SPC flooring sheets in subsequent processes.

 (Molding Machine-system)

After the extruder, the molten material is fed into the molds. This part is used to shape the final layers of SPC and determine the thickness of the film.
The molds are precisely designed to produce the SPC film in the right size and shape.

 (Cooling System)

After the film comes out of the mold, it needs to be cooled quickly to prevent any deformation and to keep the dimensions and quality constant. At this stage, the SPC film is cooled by cooling systems (such as cold water pool or cooling air systems) to reach its stable form.
