Emboss machinery
In the past, exorbitant fees were paid to create outstanding designs on products, including wooden products such as photo frames, cornices, and wall coverings. In addition to financial costs, this process took a lot of time and energy, and the delivery of the final product was also very time-consuming. But today, with the replacement of plastic in these industries, especially the decorative industry, this problem has been easily solved. The embossing machinery has made this work easy for us. The highlighting process is performed on the final product through this machinery and the desired template. This machinery has the same function as the hot stamp machinery, but the only difference is in the heat chamber, so that in the hot stamp machinery, a silicon wheel is placed, but in the emboss machinery, there is an emboss mold. This machinery transfers heat to the mold through the elements and the mold performs the desired role with the pressure created on the product.
